Ok stay, but a bit rundown place, a lack of toiletries, but the staff did their best to help when was asked. Breakfast was very good 👍 Very central in the city, close to the park and several restaurants .

Terrible hosting

people are nice regarding attendance but we found a terrible hosting. The bathroom is horrible, the shower is horrible. The breakfast is horrible too.

Front desk staff and restaurant staff very kind. Always front desk or security at entrance so it felt safe. Property needs SUPER make over--rooms are outdated, and everything very old (ie, lamp shades, chair, towels, linens)

This hotel advertise a really nice yellow building except that's not where they house guest. Guest get to stay in a run down blue building at the back and that street looks sketchy. Once you get off that street the neighbourhood is lovely. Trainees are clueless as to what is going on. Also they double booked my room for the entire time and did not care to inform me of this. My impression is that they are careless and heartless.

It's a beautifull historical building but needs a bit of restoration to it. There was an old smell coming out of the wall and you could see mold here and there. The staff was very friendly and there was a very kind manager that helped us very well.
