One night stay and it was right in the middle of town, close to everything! Walking distance from the Grand Canyon train station as well as the strip with all of the shops and restaurants. The front desk clerk was very nice and accommodating. We arrived a little early before check in time and she went out of her way to get us a room so we didn't have to wait. It was very much appreciated because we were in town for a wedding. Having the extra time to get ready really helped us out. Great stay for a great price!

The rooms were very clean, pool and hot tub were available, we personally did not use. The staff was very welcoming and helpful, they were all very kind. The check in and check out were quick and smooth. The breakfast had a very good variety. The hotel is located at a walking distance of all the shops and restaurants. Will definitely be booking here again when we visit Williams.

The staff was great. The rooms were clean. The property was clean. However, the beds are hard and the continental breakfast sucked. No meat, the selections were very limited. didn't even have boiled eggs or any kind of protein really. They had cream cheese spread not cream cheese for the bagels. Just very disappointed in the lumpy hard beds and the no protein continental breakfast. I paid extra to stay there and was disappointed hugely in those two things.

The continental breakfast area was too small to accommodate all guest wishing to use the amenity. We stayed two nights and both mornings we could not get in due to crowding. It made the stay not worth the money. The AC only worked sometimes and the tv kept disconnecting from the network. The pool and jacuzzi area was nice. There was no elevator so you had to lug all of your things up two flights of stairs. Elevation in Williams is about 6800 ft so you could feel the massive elevation change from 1400 to 6800 ft. So at 63 going up and down stairs was not the best scenario. We won’t stay there again.

The hotel was nice. The room could've been a little cleaner, but not the worse I've stayed in. Amazing for the price and I loved the pool and hot tub. The staff was amazing and outstanding.

The air conditioner in one of our rooms was broken and could not be fixed. They did offer us another room, but we didn't want to be split up far away from each other. We also found a bug in one of our beds, it looked like a small beetle. The pool was nice and the hot tub was hot.
