"We had a great experience here! My family and I absolutely loved our stay, and overall, everything was wonderful. The pool was definitely a highlight, and the kids had a great time. The only thing I would mention is that one of the pool staff members (GUY) was a little overbearing. He would frequently grab the horn and repeatedly tell the kids what they could and couldn’t do on the slide and in the pool. The other pool staff members we encountered on different days were much more relaxed and allowed the kids to enjoy themselves while still keeping everyone safe. As parents, we were right there watching our children, and they were being safe and respectful. At times, the constant announcements made it feel like the kids couldn’t just be kids and actually made me want to leave the pool. I also would hear other parents talking about this as well. Aside from that, we really enjoyed our experience and would definitely recommend this place to other families. Hopefully, the pool staff can find a better balance between keeping everyone safe and allowing families to relax and enjoy the pool."

"The price was excellent for what I got. The shower in one of my rooms still had hair in it. There was a bug in the same room. There were pieces of something in a pile by the door upon entry. These were minor things. Upon check out, everything was as I found them in both rooms. I was only refunded one of my deposits. The staff said that it was because there was damage done to the wall. We pulled the table out to play a board game the night before. The line was already there from where the table had been. I didn't think to take pictures because its obvious that the line was made from the table. When I explained to the receptionist, she stated that housekeeping said the wall was damaged. She stated that each room is inspected but somehow I still had hair in my shower and trash by the door. So do they pull out all the tables to check the wall prior to check in?? This is the ONLY problem I had."
