Not a resort condotel, this first floor large two bedroom two full bathroom condo offers the comforts of home, decorated at the holidays, books, streaming,games, and a fully stocked kitchen, everything needed for cooking large meals, a variety of sleeping pillows, walk to the spa for pampering, try golfing at the award-winning gorgeous Green or Gold course at Golden Horseshoe, or enjoy stocked lakes for fishing, barbecues, picnic areas, cafe, treasured historic sites, beaches and playground within short walking distance of the condo. There's tennis, soccer, pickleball and basketball here too, restroom and shower by the marina beach a short walk away. Order excellent food at Kingsmill, Eagles Express, or walk to The Mill Cafe and dine on the beautiful outdoor Terrace, or on your own deck with beautiful sunsets overlooking lovely tennis greenbelt surrounded by evergreens where we've spotted deer, bunnies, squirrels, groundhogs, gophers, ospreys and wild turkeys.
