Breakfast was delicious and constantly refurbished. But my favorite part of the day was the customer service of Kyrie. She had texted me as soon as I had checked in that if I had any questions at all to please let her know. I was trying to use the TV in my room to watch the NASA splash down and there were several texts exchanged while she helped me find live TV and NBC. All the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Breakfast was excellent. The staff was very nice and professional my only complaint was the refrigerator in my room did not work. I went to the front desk and she stored items I needed to keep cold in the refrigerator downstairs and said she would send up the maintenance man. To my knowledge no one came up. I also walked past her a number of times after letting her know it did not work and she said nothing to follow up. I had also informed her that there was no lotion in the dispenser in my room. She said she would have someone come up for that as well and no one ever came to fill it up. Other than those two complaints the pool was great, the rooms were clean and in good condition.
