"The room was literally wet feeling and smelled musty. So much so that my husband and I “slept” (even though, neither one of us really slept at all) on top of the bedding in our clothes. We had to check out a day earlier than planned due to a family emergency. When we checked in, I explained the situation to the kind lady behind the counter. I asked her if it be a problem to check out early, and she said absolutely not a problem at all. The following morning, when checking out, the man behind...

"The rooms were clean. The staff was very kind once you got them to come to the desk to work. I even called & no one would answer the phone."

"Sadly, the smokers smoke right outside the entrance to the front door. I am allergic to smoke. Entering the Hotel is my first impression as to my experience. I spoke to the manager and he said he would do something, and the next day ...no change. Smokers should be moved far away from the entrance. Especially since you advertise "No Smoking Hotel." Unless this changes, I will have to find another place to bring my clients that are moving to TN. The Breakfast servers did not greet, say "Hello"...

"Nice location because it was close to all the events we were scheduled to attend. Parking is a bit lurky. The building is old. So with old comes stains but most overall the place smelled fresh. Breakfast was well organized and clean."

"The room was awesome. The treadmill in the fitness center didn’t work. Breakfast was good. We will be staying there again."
