The place was clean, It was just a weird location. It is located in the middle of a bunch of construction sites on a dirt road. It felt like the place was really for men working construction and staying for a long period of time.

I Booked online, had a terrible time finding the place, found two very small signs that were nearly impossible to see,I accidentally stumbled onto the property, couldn't find an office anywhere. In driving around looking for the non existent office, I got stopped by someone who never identified himself, who told me he hadn't received any info about my reservation, come back tomorrow and cancel my reservation, that this happens sometimes. I had to go get a room at Motel 6 for the night. I called Hotels .com and they said they tried to call the manager who didn't answer, that they would try to get my money back. I can only guess at anything in the room, as I never got that far, I have to list some sort of a rating to be able to post this so I'll rate it ok as the exterior looked ok in the dark...... BEWARE

Smh...

This hotel was the most disgusting places I've ever been. Unfortunately my finances for the first two days were limited, so i figured i would make it work. The staff were not friendly and the cleaning lady is very intrusive and bossy. I will never stay there again.

Inexpensive, but good value.

Think dorms. You take a dirt road to another dirt road to get to this place. Main clientele are oil workers waiting for more permanent housing. Has microwave & mini-fridge. Motel 6 type towels, but has a clock. It's clean & comfy and mostly quiet. Zero frills, but good value.

Great for a low cost option.

Although this location is on the west side of 85 and HWY 2, it is a great option for low cost needs for both short term and long term stays.
