This beautiful property is on the sunny side of Nancy Lake, which is 60 miles North of Anchorage. The spotless villa is furnished with everything you will need for your lake vacation, including linens, kitchen appliances, dishes, stove, microwave, internet access, TV/DVD. Reserve your week now!

-Additionally, the loft area will accommodate one or two more sleepers on the double futon

Texas to Alaska!

Driving from Texas to Alaska, the Nancy Lake Villa was a great 5 day break. Clean and well equipped home on the lake. The owners were super friendly, and very helpful with recommendations of things to do in the area.

A slice of paradise!

I almost don't want to leave a review to keep this place a secret but its worth sharing. The location is quiet which is what we wanted but being on the lake there's lots to do.The owners were onsite and very respectful our of time but they are also very kind and sweet.The kitchen is well stocked that we were able to prepare family meals. We didn't have to worry about not having an essential cooking tool. Did i mention this was our second time staying, we knew we wanted to come back last visit and are already thinking about our next return trip.

The 50th

My sister and I and our husbands, brought our mom and dad (dad will be 80). This was the last of the 50 states he had to visit. He mentioned multiple times that this was by-far his favorite. (The Villa was perfect. Full of Amenities)

Family getaway to the lake

Heavenly retreat

Our family spent the weekend in this heavenly winter wonderland! Close to friends and the Official Iditarod start... morning looking over the lake with sunshine and evenings with the moon shining and special appearance of Lady aurora . It was the perfect place for the weekend!!

Wonderful Stay!

We had a wonderful time at the villa! The cabin was well provisioned. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking meals as well as many staple foods that other vacationers have left (all products were still in date), as well as more than enough toilet paper and paper towels. The cabin has canoes, kayaks, paddle boats and boards to enjoy the beautiful Nancy Lake! Jim & Theresa were wonderful, friendly hosts and their dog Willow was a great ambassador to get our doggie fix in! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Thank you so much for the stay! It's impressive how you can drive 90 minutes away from home and be in a quiet lake house with a great view and all the amenities you could think of. We will definitely be back for future trips.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property. It was right on the lake with a beautiful view and it had all the necessary amenities. The property manager was right there in a cabin on the property as well to assist us if we needed anything. It was a wonderfully pleasant stay and we will consider the property again next time we are planning a vacation in Alaska.

We love this place!

Our family has been renting the forest service cabins in March for 8 years. This year we went for convenience and luxury! We had a great stay, everything is provided and it was like a home away from home. I’m sure staying there in the summer is amazing, but it is also a fantastic spot to ski from, ride snowmachines and head to Long Lake for the Iditarod.
