"Nice and clean. Most of the staff were great. Some issues with the heating and cooling in the room. Hopefully an easy fix. Breakfast was super basic, waffle machine out of order."

"Location is great! Block away from Ithaca common. Staff is very friendly and accommodating! Pet stays for a flat fee. Only concerns is parking. Luckily we could easily found free street parking after 6 next to the hotel. Great choice if travel with pet!"

"The property was clean, and the staff was helpful. I didn’t use the pool, but it was beautiful. Breakfast was typical for this type of place but honestly, I didn’t have much of it. I will definitely stay here again however there were two things that were kind of troublesome. I had asked him at the front desk to change the comforter because I had gotten blueberries on it. And they only change it if you ask, or if you were there more than three days. Which we were not. So I did ask, and that was never done. And the day we left, I noticed that there were ants in two places in the room. Not a lot and I wasn’t concerned about that so much. But when I went to report it at the desk, the girl at the desk acted like she didn’t understand what I was saying and couldn’t speak English. So she got the manager who did and I was able to tell her about the ants. So I am hoping that the situation will be rectified before the next people come."
