1/2 Acre Fenced In Private Oasis

  • Enjoy your time away from home in your own private oasis! This 1/2 acre, fully fenced-in property has a beautifully landscaped saltwater pool and is everything you need after a day at the beach. The fenced-in yard gives you peace of mind with kids and pets. The property is located 5-10 minutes from Carolina beach, 15 minutes from downtown Wilmington, and 15-20 minutes from Wrightsville beach. The large yard leaves plenty of room for an evening family whiffle ball game or a sport of your choice! The large driveway also has a basketball goal and plenty of room for parking. If indoor activities are more your style, we have a ping pong table and dart board located in the garage along with a 65" Smart TV in the living room. We look forward to you enjoying this place as much as we have and seeing what southeastern North Carolina has to offer!
