Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
If you used any of our towels and linens, please wash them before leaving.
Trash can is located behind the patio. You have to lift up on the gate to unlock and lock. it’s pretty stubborn.
If you used the pool key, please make sure you replace it where you found it.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

NO SMOKING INSIDE OUR HOME!! We will charge a cleaning fee of $500 if we notice smoking of any kind has taken place in our home.
NO PARTIES! We love to have fun, but this is no party home and we have elderly neighbors we like to respect.
PARKING: there are two spots designated for our home that have our house number on them. Please have visitors park in the designated visitor parking!
