The space
The private home is situated in a cul-de-sac and is surrounded by lush, mature trees and tropical palm greenery, creating a serene and private atmosphere. The interior of the home features an open concept design, allowing for a spacious and welcoming ambiance.

Upon entering the home, you'll notice a Victrola record player accompanied by a collection of records, perfect for enjoying music in a vintage style. The highlight of the property is the private hot tub, located on the patio accessible from the master king suite. This suite offers direct entry to the patio, allowing easy access to the 7-person hot tub for relaxation and enjoyment.

The master suite is equipped with convenient amenities, including bedside touch lighting with wall plugs, USB and USB-C outlets on the lamps for charging devices, a designated work station, and a closet with hangers, an iron, and an ironing board. Additionally, there is a 65-inch smart TV in the master suite for ultimate enjoyment.

Another bedroom in the house is a bunk room with full-size bunk beds, a Pac-Man game console, bean bags, and a smart TV, creating a fun and inviting space for guests or children.

The third bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, adorned with a palm and flamingo theme and featuring a wireless phone charging option on the bedside lamp. All the rooms in the house are equipped with LED white noise machines and smart TVs.

Great Family Visit

The location was perfect, close to UNCW, the beach, and downtown. We enjoyed the outdoor games when we hung out at the house. The hot tub was great in the evenings. Great place to stay for anyone who has students at UNCW.

Wilmington getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our time away in Wilmington. The house was super cute, immaculate and accommodated all of our needs. We loved that there were kid centered activities and games to entertain our littles. Zachary, was super responsive and checked in to make sure we'd settled nicely. Fun home away from home

This vrbo was just what we needed for our stay in Wilmington! We stayed with our 4 younger children and were so thankful to have a pack n play and high chair available. We also loved the hammocks in the back yard, as well as the location of the hot tub. Thank you for a wonderful house and stay!

Perfect for our family

We really liked the property. Above all, it is meticulously maintained and clean. The large, fenced in yard was great for our dog. My 12 year old son loves the fact that he could shoot hoops and my 14 year old son took full advantage of the hot tub. It is an easy drive to area parks and Wrightsville Beach. Highly recommend!!

Amazing house for a perfect Get-A-Way!

Our family spent our Christmas vacation here and had the best and most relaxing time. The location is close to everything you need and in a great neighborhood. The house looks exactly like the pictures- clean, cozy, nicely decorated, and so many great amenities. We enjoyed the hot tub, hammocks, patio area, grill, fireplace, pac-man machine, and the basketball hoop. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipt with everything you need and more. We can not wait to stay here again. The host is fantastic!

Fantastic Find

If you are looking for a place in the middle of all the action but also located in a quiet neighborhood, this is the place. This is literally 15 minutes from the beach and the same for exploring the historic downtown area. Home was beautifully decorated and comfortable. Large enough to have family with you but still cozy enough to feel like it was your own home. Host was very attentive to our questions or requests. Would stay here again if in the area. Thanks for allowing us to enjoy this home for our son’s first ever Spring Break, he absolutely loved it and so did we.

Base to find a place for College Kids to stay

The house was awesome - exactly as described and perfect for our stay! It was very clean, well decorated, and had everything we needed! We had 1 question about the gas grill, and the owner called me as soon as I emailed. Told me where the 2nd propane cylinder was and we were grilling in no time! We would definitely stay here again. Fantastic house!

We very much enjoyed our time at this gem of a house. The design choices were excellent and made this stay very special. There were so many thoughtful touches, including all the basic supplies you could need in the kitchen, games and outdoor entertainment, and household supplies. The house was very clean and well appointed. Our dog absolutely loved the backyard! Look forward to returning soon.

Stayed here for my trip to Wilmington from Florida to visit some old friends and family, I’d highly recommend and if it’s available I’ll be staying here every trip to Wilmington! Perfect location close to the beach and downtown! The neighborhood is quiet and you feel at home immediately! Perfect back yard if you have a four legged friend! Perfect trip to the beach

We loved the house because it was clean, beautifully decorated, and lots of fun things to do. The girls loved the hot tub and hammocks. And even shot some hoops! The couch and chairs were very comfortable, and we loved the artistic touches throughout the house. The three bedrooms had comfortable beds, so we all slept well. The location is perfect for two reasons: it is on a quiet street in a nice residential neighborhood; and perfectly situated between the beach and the river. It was just minutes to both locations with all the shops and great restaurants. Look forward to staying here again.
