I had to use my cell phone to call the front desk and notify them my partner got stuck inside the bathroom the bathroom door lock was not working. The front desk guy was not nice, housekeeper lady was nice, the lady who opened the bathroom door was nice, I was happy that she was able to unlock the door with a credit card. "
