My stay was excellent! The hotel was extremely clean, and everything was well maintained. I especially want to highlight how kind, attentive, and helpful the night staff were. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

This was THE WORST hotel I have EVER stayed at in my life! There was no coffee pot in room as advertised, the hair dryer had been ripped off the wall and not replaced, when I asked for a hair dryer the lady said to give her a little bit to find one, never received one. Only had two towels and two wash cloths, no hand towels or kitchen linens. I asked at the desk for a couple more towels as we had a jacuzzi tub and wanted a separate towel to use instead of the same bath towel, you would’ve thought I was asking for a million bucks, but I did get two more, the last two supposedly. All of the towels smelled clean but were stained. The bed sheets were clean but the coverlet was DISGUSTINGLY dirty or stained. The bathroom was actually the cleanest part of the whole room. I mopped the floors because it was so dirty. By the mop, it looked like it hadn’t been mopped in months. Now for the “neighbors” in the room next to us. It appeared that it was an extended stay room which had a barking dog and people in and out until the wee hours that were of questionable character. The smell of weed was extremely strong coming into our room. Lots of drinking, pot smoking and loud music in the parking lot. Then to top it off, came back to the room Friday evening to find a female appearing to be strung out on drugs, sitting in the middle of the staircase, eyes closed, swaying back and forth. Had to squeeze by her to get around to get up the steps. Definitely would NOT EVER recommend staying here!

We were very pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and neatness of this hotel. Yes, like any mature being, it has a few marks and scars, but our room was super clean and the beds very comfortable. Check-in was super easy, the area was quiet and surrounded by other hotels. Very convenient to the interstate, gas and eating establishments. We will gladly stay there again.

We always stay here on our way through to Philadelphia, and our stays have always been consistently good - that being said - I do feel like if they put more effort into cleaning the rooms - not that they are gross - I wouldn’t stay there if there were - but you can tell corners are being cut in cleaning department - that would have made those 4 stars five - but always a pleasant stay - definitely recommend

Good location, comfortable beds, quiet rooms. Breakfast was well stocked and sufficient. However, during check-in the clerk remained on the phone on a personal call. He only gave us 1 room key and I had to ask about check-out time and breakfast time. The room was a 4 person occupancy, but we were only provided with 2 bath towels and 2 wash cloths. No hand towels, no bathmat. The tub was slimy and the shower curtain was hanging half off. When I got out of bed in the morning, I found a bandaid that wasn't mine stuck to my sock, which tells me the sheets were never changed. Also the microwave didnt work.

What we like: Friendly staff, comfortable beds (mattresses), large comfortable rooms, clean, nice breakfast room. What don't we like? Maybe some details in the bathroom are not perfect, missing hangers:). To sum up: We highly recommend it.

The room was not made when we walked in. The nice gentleman at the lobby changed us room. He was very nice and apologetic of the first room dirtyness. Got us into another room which was clean. The breakfast was tinny and not very with not a bunch of variety and not very appetizing.

Looks & reviews are deceiving! Don't be fooled!

The lobby was beautiful & clean the outside looked nice so instead of comfort inn. we decided to give Red roof a try, I WISH I DIDN'T! I Booked 2 rms. One we couldn't get into due to housekeeping leaveing spray bottle inside door handle, which I don't know why it was there, the room was not cleaned! The second room had roaches in bathtub, the bathroom door was split in 2 w/nails sticking out. There were pubic hairs everywhere! The mattress was gross in both rooms, u can see bedbug debris/fecal matter all around mattresses. The floor was not cleaned,sticky stuff on floor, dirty band-aids & dead bugs in corners. Bathroom door had blood print on it in 1st rm.. In desperate need of repairs. The walls were gross, the paint was coming off & just nasty. I'm very disappointed 😞 just wanted some rest in a decent place this was not it!
