"The gal who checked us in was AMAZING, BEAUTIFUL, KIND, FUNNY and i could go on for ever. Expedia didn't have our reservations confirmed but she figured it out and got it done. The room was absolutely clean and comfortable. We came for a funeral so exhausted when we got back. Unfortunately the people above us had kids that ran back and forth until almost 11pm. 😪 This was horrible but i understand kids but probably wouldn't put them in same area as older people!!! I dont know if your aware that toilet is not standard height and lost my balance because toooooo low. Your place and staff are truly a blessing and i would recommend to anyone looking for comfort. PLEASE give the gal who checked us in an Award for Above and Beyond for she made a bad day a Ray of Sunshine "

"Basic motel vibe. A bed, a shower, clean towels, a Tv. I did book a basic room so more expensive rooms may have more amenities. Finding outlets to charge my phone and watch were an adventure but finally found one in the bathroom. Price was good since all I really needed was a bed and shower. You get what you pay for."

"Bear Lodge is very comfortable and felt like home. The back patio is relaxing and the backyard is peaceful and quiet. The inside is decorated nicely and all the furniture (couch, bed, etc) are really comfortable. Keith and Susan are great hosts and have included just about everything a person needs. Definitely enjoyed my stay at Bear Lodge!"
