Thanksgiving

We all met in Austin where our youngest daughter lives and went to the house for Thanksgiving. It was wonderful as we all had our own rooms and bathrooms and plenty of room to just be!!!! Everything was excellent and we all had a wonderful Thanksgiving. Thank you for thinking of everything!

Annual Family Reunion

We had a group of 12 people ranging in age from 6 to 70+. Everything we needed was supplied! We especially loved 5 king size beds and each bedroom had their own bathroom; and two 1/2 baths throughout the home. Kitchen is beautiful and very well stocked. View is amazing!

AMAZING HOUSE!!!

Absolutely gorgeous property. We came with 13 women for a relaxing bachelorette getaway and the house was the most beautiful backdrop for the celebration. It is so spacious and even more amazing than the pictures! Shiloh was super responsive and accommodating, we have zero complaints, I recommend this place to anyone...I already want to go back!

This house was even better than we expected!

I have never stayed anywhere with such a completely thought out experience! The house was beautiful, the view was spectacular, and my grandkids had lots of entertainment options. The beds were very comfortable. There were plenty of towels. And who would not love having seven bathrooms? Thanks for making our Spring Break a memorable one!

Fabulous Thanksgiving

The home is amazing! Each bedroom and ensuite is large and most have an additional twin bed. There is an additional powder room on each floor. The sunset view from the back patios is breathtaking. There is a 2nd refrigerator in the laundry room! I wanted to book this for our Thanksgiving for several years and someone beat me to it. So glad I booked early and we had a wonderful Thanksgiving.

Major WOW factor!

Loved location. I may regret writing how good this house is as I ‘m afraid it may stay booked when I need it!! Home has a great energy flow with a comfortable farmhouse style. Very well thought out design and set up for perfect vacation rental. We had a small reunion party and everyone was amazed! Plenty of space to have a large group and feel spread out.. Loads of detail went into this house. I’m in VRBO business and I would put this one at the top of my list. Super comfy linens, every room has its own bath and was uniquely designed..Kitchen had top of the line appliances, seperate ice maker 2 refrig, 2 laundry areas. With 2 giant decks there was just so much space. Lots of private areas for conversation where groups could gather. We had 5 girls cooking and had plenty of room to move around easy. After day 3, I was still wondering around amazed at all it had to offer. Yes the views are fabulous but the house is equally as good as the view. I just hope this home has availability for me next year!!! Thanks Shiloh for making it easy!

Family fully satisfied

Everyone was very impressed with the house , beautiful , perfectly clean and beds were wonderful and all were comfortable . Plenty of dishes and appliances for everything . A need for a few more pots and pans was the only complaint . We hope to return for a summer trip this year .

Great but not for mobility impaired

To start, I never told the manager we had anyone that had limited mobility so that's my fault. The house was fabulously decorated with splendid views. We had 7 women so only one had to sleep in a public area for one night and we all had our own bathrooms. The kitchen was big and well stocked, there was a 2nd fridge/freezer in the laundry room which was definitely used! There were so many places to eat/shop/experience close by and the A/C was FABULOUS! We had an absolute blast celebrating our 60th birthdays! The only downsides were the pool wasn't clean enough for us to use on the 2nd day, a scorpion was found under the covers in one of the beds (the notebook provided had the warning of potential critters), one of the beds had linens not totally clean, and there were no handrails going up the 3 steps to the front door. It was also difficult to see which house was the right one until you were right up on the rock with the address. Some of our GPS directions weren't quite sure which house it was. But overall, it was a beautiful, clean, well stocked home and we REALLY enjoyed our time there. For anyone with mobility impairments, it may not be the best place, though.

The photos for this property does not do it justice. It was very clean and accommodating for our ladies trip. The views are gorgeous and the in suite restrooms for each room were a welcomed plus. The only down side is the two first floor bedrooms would get very hot. We had to keep the doors open to have airflow. Overall I would book this property again.

The house with many issues

Too many issues to list but here goes. Wasps everywhere including inside. Two ladies were attacked and had to go to urgent care. That made us late for our boat trip and we had to pay additional fees. Faulty locks. Back burner on stove did not work and Backed up toilet, wood outdoor furniture that was was unsafe and when we sat on it we got splinters in our legs. Rooms that had burned out bulbs and tvs did not work. Swimming pool was so dirty with dead frog in it. No bedding for the pull out bed. I tried to text the host with no results. We need a partial refund !

A slice of Hill Country Heaven

This was an absolutely perfect location and set up for a memorable Easter weekend. The house layout fit our needs perfectly with 7 adults and 5 children. The view from the back porch was breathtaking and it was so relaxing to sit in the rocking chairs and take it all in. My 5 year old grandson already asks me “when will we go back?” Soon, I promise.

Needed wine opener. Used to a welcome basket from other owners. Usually there is zip lock bags and foil A cleaning fee plus ALL the required cleaning we had to do to avoid a fine. Excessive All appliances worked. AC was great. Plenty of TVs Kitchen ware was wonderful.

Family Weekend

The house was amazing and had everything that we needed. Excellent house for families. Shiloh Collins, the property manager, was amazing and very attentive. We had special requests, due to a family member, and she was able to accommodate everything. We loved it here!

Beautiful view

The house is beautiful and we loved that every bedroom has a bathroom. We especially enjoyed sitting on the deck at night and looking at the stars. We saw a “phenomenon” in the sky and after a minute of research determined that what we were seeing was Starlink.

Wonderful Experience

The pictures truly don’t do this house justice. The home is beautiful, spacious and clean, with everything we needed for a ladies weekend. We loved sitting on the balcony to take in the views and cooling off in the pool. Would return again!

5 Master Bedrooms / 5 Private Baths

This house is incredible! There are 5 master bedrooms each with their own private bath and 2 powder rooms. There are several different spaces to be by yourself or with family/friends. It has a pool, kiddie pool (2ft deep I think), hot tub, grill, and fire pit. The views are amazing off of the two patios. We were lucky to be there for a storm and then beautiful sunsets (lots of photos taken). There is plenty of parking available. There are two fridges and washer/dryer upstairs and downstairs. You guys, it is a beautiful home. Sometimes even after research, you can miss with a rental but we were so proud to show this to family and friends during a wedding weekend. Wimberley - 15 minute drive San Marcos - 25 minute drive
