"Quaint town, great location. Staff very helpful, took my bag to the room, necessary given a twisty set of hallways (charming) which entailed 3-4 step sections. Bar open until 11:30pm a plus, breakfast good. If you are there in the summer and it’s hot, ask for a fan. They have them and needed as there is no a/c."

"Lovely Hotel at the top of Rye close to the church and the castle. Staff were friendly and helpful the breakfast was excellent with a large choice of items from continental and cooked food avaliiable plus hot drinks or juices.Our room was clean and comfortable perfect for our long weekend stay. I would highly recommend this Hotel."

"Lovely hotel, restaurant, bar, in an excellent location for shopping etc in Rye. Very good value for money. There is no free car parking but the pay & display/RINGO is immediately next door and less than a tenner a day. We can highly recommend this hotel."
