Lake View is a wonderful family-friendly or romantic couples’ getaway in the heart of Bowness-on-Windermere, a picturesque town located in the Lake District National Park. Offering stunning views of Lake Windermere, this luxury apartment is the perfect base for exploring the Lake District or relaxing and recharging.

The Property:
The apartment features a modern fully-equipped kitchen and a beautiful open-plan living space with lounge and dining areas – both of which enjoy panoramic views from expansive windows that flood the home with light.
The main bedroom boasts a sumptuous king-sized bed, whilst the second bedroom offers two single beds. A modern shower room completes the offerings at this well-appointed and tranquil retreat, all beautifully decorated throughout in shades of grey against a crisp white backdrop.

Guest Verification and Good Housekeeping Bond or Waiver:
Once your booking is confirmed, we request a contact email address, mobile phone number and a photo of a Government ID as part of the guest verification process. Also, to encourage all guests to respect the property and its contents, we ask for a refundable Good Housekeeping Bond of £400 to be placed as a hold against a card by your card issuer, or alternatively, we allow guests to pay a non-refundable £40 Bond Waiver. Completing these two steps is mandatory as it allows access to your personalised Boarding Pass which provides all the details for your stay, advice about activities, electronic manuals, directions to the property and the latest key safe code. This Boarding Pass is provided in conjunction with Enso Connect.

Windermere bus and train stations are approximately 1.3 miles, or a 5 minute drive away.
