Lovely friendly lady Sue welcoming you and taking care of any requests. Very convenient location. Compromise is it is on the main road so noisy in the morning.

When we arrived the owners weren't there, but when we spoke to them on the phone they told us how to gain access to the property and our room and couldn't be any more helpful if they tried. Great location in the centre of Bowness, traffic noise early morning is something to consider if you are not used to it. Comfy bed and tv linked to the internet.

Location is perfect, lots of restaurants and shops nearby, a 5 min walk to Bowness pier. Room is very clean. Close to Main Street- hear vehicle sounds during night.

Great place to stay in Windermere right in the town centre close to all the shops and restaurants. Room and bathroom were spotless clean. Bed and pillows very comfortable, slept like a baby. Continental breakfast (due to Covid) was ok, but would have preferred proper breakfast. Highly recommended

Convenient great staff

Smallish room but well located and perfect as we were out most of 5ge day walking. Looked over car park but quiet and tge staff were very friendly and helpful. Great breakfasts.

All you need

Good location, very clean, compact but adequate for a one night stay. Sue was very welcoming and helpful. Great location for the Lake and town access to bars restaurants shops etc. Breakfast was very good. Good free wifi, TV ok, all you need.

Bowness Windermere holiday

Very nice guest house close to Bowness for evening meals and recreation. Local transport was easily available to surrounding areas which were most beautiful.
