"Average breakfast. Surely can be better. Good cleanliness. The office chair in my room was ripped. The checkout time was 11 and at 11:10 I get a call from the receptionist to remind me to checkout. This has never happened to me before. When I said I will take 15 minutes more, her reaction was as if I said 15 hours. Quite disappointing experience."

"Oh my goodness, the buffet breakfast was great. The kitchen staff, Lina, Samira, Dave, Annie, and a host number of the staffs were very pleasant, welcoming and friendly. The front staff were very nice to us, especially Rosella , Doug and all of them made our stay pleasant and enjoyable. This hotel is home away from home. I will surely recommend this hotel to everyone "

"We always stay here when we come to Windsor. We have eaten at the Riverside restaurant several times for dinner and breakfast and the food is excellent as usual and priced well. The staff at the restaurant and front desk are friendly and helpful. The hotel and restaurant are clean and well maintained. The only thing we found this time was that the bathroom sink was very slow in draining."

"We found Stonecroft Inn a few years ago and gave it a shot, and haven't stayed anywhere else since!! We love Stonecroft, its a hidden gem. The staff is lovely, the rooms are updated and clean. The lobby and breakfast area are great, the continental breakfast is perfect. We stayed recently for kids sports and they were so accommodating to everything we asked. We stayed in the 300 section, which was so nice!! Very clean, big room, great bathroom. Stonecroft Inn is the best option in Windsor, and I've stayed everywhere for kids sports...and will now only stay here!! Thank you to the staff for always being super friendly. It feels like they genuinely care. "

"The location was convenient as we were in town for a swim competition and the hotel was 5mins walk from the Aquatic Centre. The room we stayed in was comfortable and clean. The hotel is not a new hotel but the rooms look recently updated. The breakfast is one of the reasons we booked this hotel and we were happy with what was provided. Lots of variety and something to eat for everyone. Overall it was a good stay for the weekend. Parking across the street for $10 was a nice option instead of $18 onsite. There's also another cash only outdoor parking lot closer to the Aquatic centre."
