It was clean, comfortable and quiet. The host was very responsive in accommodating when texting her. Great value. My wife and I were visiting my son and his fiancé and needed a place to get together, play games and visit with one another. There were plenty of amenities like a Keurig even with some extra coffee pods, tea, kettle, pots, and pans along with utensils and plates. I would definitely stay again.

Great location - very near the Devonshire Mall and restaurants. We stayed for 5 nights. The majority of the house was very clean and orderly.Host was pretty good to respond.Housewares very minimalist. Example - Only one tea towel for dishes. Walls very marked up, stovetop marked up too. Internet wifi was very flaky and hot water was non existant in kitchen - luke warm at best. (We boiled water in kettle to do dishes). It was ok in the bathrooms but took minutes to get hot. Overall besides the above our stay was pretty good and we found work arounds for any difficulties.

Wonderful Place in Friendly Neighborhood

I booked the place several months prior to my arrival. I was traveling with friends from MD to Windsor to participate in a bike ride. Since this was my first time booking a place via VRBO, I was nervous about not having access. I asked for the info and was told I would get it the day of our arrival. She informed me it was typically provided 30 minutes prior to check-in.I received it an hour or so prior to check-in. Once I got the info and arrived on site, the place was great. It looked as clean as in the pictures. The owner always answered my questions promptly. That was greatly appreciated.My only improvement would be to provide access info earlier. Considering most establishments use smart locks, they could have it set to only allow access during the time of stay.

Many positive aspects Bed was very comfortable right size for us nice to have 2 bathrooms.Negatives wasn’t the cleanest place walls were all marked up mirror in living area was really dirty we had to clean the fridge before putting our food in. Neighbours parked on the grass in front of the place and blocked half the driveway.The listing says they provided a coffee grinder but no coffee machine was provided really?With some attention to detail it could be a nice place to stay but needs work

Propery was very clean but had minimal furniture, eg: no bedside table.There was no coffee maker, a major nuisance.The area was quiet at night.The host was good and responsive.

Beautiful, Spotless Home in a Hidden Gem of a Neighborhood

This house was beautiful and spotless — a brand-new 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home with lots of storage and even a basement space if needed. The kitchen was fully equipped with dishes, cookware, and even some condiments, while the bathrooms had toiletries and extra toothbrushes — such thoughtful touches! The décor was simple, classy, and inviting, right down to the elegant cups and glasses. The open-concept design made the space feel bright and welcoming, perfect for families or two couples to relax and interact comfortably. Communication with the host was smooth via email, and I appreciated the easy and convenient check-in/check-out process with the lockbox. The beds were very comfortable, and the rooms were a great size and wonderfully quiet — perfect for a restful stay. The area is a hidden gem: a new subdivision tucked behind an industrial division, offering a peaceful retreat while still being close to everything. It’s conveniently located in Devonshire Heights, near the mall, restaurants, airport, and shopping plazas. I also appreciated having internet access, even though I didn’t use it much. Overall, I’d absolutely recommend this property, and I’ll definitely be staying here again!
