"The room we were put in smelled horrible, and the kitchen wasn’t clean. We don’t know where the smell was coming from, but we couldn’t stay in that room. They had no other rooms available, so the staff was very helpful in refunding our money."

"The woman working the evening desk on 7/9/2026 was AMAZING. My flight was canceled and I showed up tired and grumpy. I also had minor surgery that day and was still dealing with lingering anesthesia grogginess, and she was kind to give me plenty of water so I could hydrate. Last year I stayed at another Hampton Inn and got bedbugs. So my trust was zero when I walked into the lobby. She changed all that. Give her a raise!"
