"We like the hotel location and have stayed here twice. The pool area and main floor were nice because we didn’t have rooms across from us. So, we found it quieter. Rooms are small for 4 people as they are narrow, but does the job. We’ll be back"

"Excellent location in Santa Monica. Realize when you book this is not a typical hotel. No service in room entire time you are there. No A/C although overhead fans work well. Full kitchen a plus if you need/ want that. Lovely gardens to sit in behind gated area."

"Great vintage style on Venice Beach! Affordable ocean view room with a kitchen which is nice. Friendly staff, good value. Right next to our favorite restaurant on the Boardwalk Fig Tree. Would definitely return again!"
