Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

SMOKING inside the property is not allowed, else alarm'll trigger. DO NOT tamper with the alarm. If smell/odour discovered, you'll pay $250 as fine.
CANDLE LIGHT IS NOT ALLOWED IN THE HOUSE FOR SAFETY REASON. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am of the day. Secure access code for safety reason.
Wash any dishes you have used, dispose any garbage/recycling at the back of the house. The rule include cleaning of the washroom and any messes.

It was clean, and everything we needed was included. Good location for our needs. The Host communicated with us promptly and politely but was not intrusive.

Good value

The suite was located on a quiet street but close to a main street so it was easy getting around. It was sparsely furnished and could have used extra bath towels, face clothes, and blankets. The floor under the bed needs be to be thoroughly cleaned. Considering the affordable cost, it was a good value overall.

A lovely getaway

What a lovely place to come back to after spending my days exploring the city! I walked into town mostly but the bus is regular and very close by as well as grocery stores etc. It was quiet and comfortable with all you needed for a wonderful stay! Thanks to my hosts!
