"When Delta completely let us down, and I mean completely, at least Sheraton was there. We aren’t big travelers, so when I found out I was going to have to miss an extra day of work that I could ill afford for multiple reasons, (I had no idea the airline would pick up the tab…it’s happened to us a couple other times and they’ve just smiled, waved and said, “Sorry guys, we’ll see you tomorrow!”👋 I was looking for something close to the airport… Long story short, I had to pay, but I wasn’t mad. I got a good sleep and believe me, I needed it for the day that followed…🙄"

"My stay and experience was a bit underwhelming and the room was horrible. It smelled of mildew and dust was everywhere. There were dead bugs in the bathroom. On my check out date, housekeeping knocked on my door at 10:30a.m. to offer service. I told her that I wouldn't need it and at 10:50a.m. I found the same lady standing at my door with her cleaning caddy. The gym lacked equipped and the pool was the size of a kiddie play pool. The property does have an upside with a large pond in the background and plenty stores and eateries in close proximity. "

"The wifi is inconsistent. The lost connections make it impossible to watch TV more than 15 or so min at a time then the TV would reset. This was not a TV issue - it was the connectivity. There have been hardware updates that make the rooms look nicer, but the building is old. The staff was helpful when I interacted with them, but there was no housekeeping the week and a half I was there. The guests were loud and smoked a lot. There is a lot of police activity in the area. "

"Room is a good size and the bed is comfy. The shower is bad. There's only 1 slow elevator. Ice machine was broken. Breakfast was not good. Outlets in room were loose. USB outlets didn't work. Bed was great though. "
