Convenient to where I needed to be. Staff was friendly, breakfast was good. However, sheets had not been changed prior to my arrival, refrigerator was dirty, had someone's leftover drinks in it, tiny flying bugs in the bathroom, no sugar/creamer packets and only decaf coffee in the room.

We arrived at the hotel and they refused to honor our reservation, despite the fact that we had made the reservation 5 months prior, had our confirmation number as well as emails confirming our upcoming stay sent only days before. The staff was obnoxious, lazy, and totally unapologetic. They acted as if it was OUR fault. As we left the property, we overheard several other families who had the same issue. Unforgivable!

I liked the room overall. The staff didnt clean very well and areas in the hotel elevator, hallway were dirty. Checkin people are not attentive. I stood there for a few before being acknowledged.
