The kitchenette includes a mini-fridge, 2 burner stove and a convection microwaveable oven, dishwasher and dining area.
In the open floor plan, the living room there is a new 50" flat screen TV with BluRay player, gas fireplace, king bed, comfortable sofa with a hide-a-bed and a dining table with chairs
The full bathroom has a tiled shower surround, new tile flooring and updated vanity.

Amenities on property: Main floor lobby area with sitting area, flat screen TV, paid heated underground parking, private ski lockers. This property has a giant common area amenity deck (CLOSED) that includes coin operated laundry, changing rooms, hot tub, barbecue grille, outdoor fireplace, and views of the slopes. The Village restaurants, shops, and activities are just steps across Winter Park Drive.
