The deck, accessible from the living area, serves as a pleasant retreat to relax and enjoy the surroundings, featuring a gas fireplace and a flat-screen TV. Furthermore, there is a queen sofa sleeper in this area for any extra guests who may need accommodation.
The master bedroom is furnished with a King-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, and a full bathroom. Please be aware that air conditioning is not available.
This condominium is situated in building 6 of the 5 to 9 cul-de-sac, just a short walk from the clubhouse. Additionally, the complimentary town shuttle stop is conveniently nearby, allowing easy access to downtown on foot.
