Three bedroom, two bath sleeps 8-10. At the base of the Winter Park Ski Resort... walk to the lifts and village. Or take the 30 second free shuttle ride to the resort that picks you up right out front. Lightly used community hot tub & sauna literally steps away. Park right at the back door! Hop on the Fraser river trail a half block away and enjoy the scenery on the gorgeous two mile paved path to downtown. In the winter take the free shuttle that picks up right out front and go to dinner, the new Fraser rec center or just about anywhere else.

Sleeping Arrangements: Sleeps 8-10 guests comfortably. New Serta IComfort King bed in master bedroom plus full bath. New queen bed in 2nd bedroom. Full over full bunk in 3rd Bedroom with additional twin bed and twin trundle (4 beds in bunk room). plus baby crib. Additional air-mat sleeper for family room.
