Located within the well-established Hi Country Haus community, it is merely moments from Main Street and clubhouse amenities, offering the finest of both summer and winter living right at your doorstep.
The unit features stunning hardwood flooring in the main living area and new carpeting in the bedrooms, all of which enhances the overall contemporary interior design. The open floor plan seamlessly connects the living, kitchen, and dining areas. In the living room, you can enjoy your favorite shows or movies on the inviting sectional sofa surrounding the flat-screen TV, or have a cozy evening in front of the gas fireplace with a queen-sized sofa sleeper. The fully equipped kitchen contains everything necessary for meal preparation at any time of the day, complete with modern appliances, countertops, and cabinets, and is adjacent to a dining table that accommodates four.
Please note that there is no air conditioning available. As a ground-floor corner unit, you will enjoy enhanced privacy, natural light, and the convenience of walk-out access, which is ideal for unloading gear after a day on the slopes or stepping directly out to riverside trails in the summer.
The master bedroom features a brand new queen-sized bed, while the second bedroom includes a main hallway with a Captain’s Bunk (double on the bottom and twin on the top). There is one full bathroom accessible from the main hallway.

Furthermore, a compact workout area is provided, featuring a weight room equipped with a treadmill and a stationary bike.
Smoking and pets are prohibited on the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. These regulations are rigorously upheld, and any guests found smoking or have pets will be subject to a 200 fine per day.
