"Really comfortable. Amazing hosts. The owner spent some time with us both during our stay and just before we left. He shared his experience and great knowledge of his animals with us and ultimately made us feel extremely welcome. "Visited The Mansion House in Holbeach to attended the Heritage festival at weekend at Sandringham. Stayed for 6 nights.
Really lovely hotel, run by an amazing couple Sam & Richard. Nothing is a bother for them. They go above and beyond.
Car park areas for approx 3 cars at hotel, but they also have another larger car park area essentially just around corner. Always got parked there too.
We stayed in the Deluxe Double Rooms with Ensuite with wonderful showers.
Really lovely comfortable rooms and facilities, lovely outside seating area too.
Eating area is in basement. All areas very tastefully set out on all levels and in rooms. Very good hospitality trays in rooms.

Quite a few steps into hotel and within. No lift as it’s such an old building but we managed well with luggage & with help of owners too.

"It was a really well presented place in the heart of KL. Modern with all the facilities you could want and more, I particularly liked the communal kitchen area.
It wasn't the hotel I was supposed to be staying in, I ended up there due to a mix up, but I'm glad I did. Couldn't fault it.
I was a bit fazed by the technical check in system due to worry about it actually working but it was fine.
I'd have liked a bedside table or shelf but other than that it had everything I needed.
