"Great breakfast, tho it wasn't free. Clean room, fantastic staff/customer service. Honestly the only thing I really wasn't a fan of was that the AC was not great, particularly since I was there during a heat wave. But then, I'm told AC is not a very commonly good think in the UK in general, so...there you are! And they did actually bring a fan up unasked when I complained about the temp. In all, an excellent budget stay!"

"Bella struttura, poco distante dalla fermata metro West Brompton (District line). Bella camera, letto comodo. Cassaforte, asse da stiro e ferro in dotazione. Colazione varia, avrei magari preferito qualche dolce in più, ma forse non é abitudine in UK. Sono molto soddisfatta del mio soggiorno."
