Perfectly located for arriving by car and visiting Wismar. Parking was easy and free. We had a superior room which was very spacious with a large bathroom. The room had every facility you could want. Very pleased that there were no cushions on the bed, good quality bed linen and towels, charging points beside the bed and lots of storage space. The staff were lovely and the service was good, as was the breakfast. We had no complaints at all.

Extremely helpful staff

I had a medical emergency and a personal issue whilst i was at the hotel. The staff were excellent in dealing with all my issues, cannot thank them enough for the help and support received during my stay

Overall ok hotel, nothing special. The restaurant good, bar excellent and very good service there. Furnishings in the room (junior suite) very low quality, Ikea style quality. Water leaking from shower to the bathroom floor and simple plastic cover for the shower area. Very low quality furniture, especially in the bathroom. Bottom of towel cabinet had gotten wet earlier and showed the damage. The bed nice and the room ok even though using the word "suite" for it is very misleading. Just a decent large room.

Das Zimmer war bei Ankunft eiskalt, da die Heizung nicht funktionierte. Erst gegen 22 Uhr wurde uns ein mobiler Heizkörper gebracht, wodurch es im Schlafbereich etwas wärmer wurde – Bad und WC blieben jedoch weiterhin kalt. Das „Bad“ selbst war extrem klein, eher wie ein Zugabteil: Waschbecken und Dusche auf engstem Raum, das WC noch einmal separat, so klein, dass man sich kaum umdrehen konnte. Zusätzlich war das Zimmertelefon defekt, die Rezeption war darüber nicht erreichbar. In der Nacht kam es dann zu massiven technischen Störungen: Zuerst schaltete sich das Deckenlicht von selbst ein, später ging der Fernseher zweimal selbstständig an – jeweils mit hoher Lautstärke. Wir wurden regelrecht aus dem Schlaf gerissen, an Nachtruhe war kaum zu denken. Am Morgen bin ich mit dem Fuß auf einen Metallhaken getreten, der aus dem Teppich ragte und ein erhebliches Sicherheitsrisiko darstellte. Ich habe diesen umgehend an der Rezeption vorgezeigt. Die Reaktion war ernüchternd: keine Entschuldigung, kein echtes Eingehen auf die Situation. Auch auf die Schilderung der nächtlichen Störungen wurde lediglich mit einer zurückhaltenden, eher zweifelnden Reaktion reagiert. Nach Rücksprache mit einem Vorgesetzten wurden uns von der Rezeptionistin zwei Flaschen Wasser angeboten, auf die ich verzichtet habe. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt unzumutbar, wir sind sehr früh abgereist. Für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie und Marke ist dieser Zustand absolut nicht akzeptabel. Leider keine Empfehlung.

Trevligt boende

Hotellet ligger i hamndelen nytt & fräscht. Dusch & toalett var separat vilket var en smart planlösning dock var toaletten rätt trång. När vi varit på promenad tänkte vi ta en kvällsöl i baren på hotellet men de två kvinnorna som jobbade där var så stressade att vi hoppade över det tyvärr en tråkig upplevelse när man vill avsluta kvällen trevligt.

Sehr schönes Hotel, Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sehr schön, sauber und was wir super fanden, Toilette und Dusche getrennt voneinander. Man kann zu Fuß die Innenstadt erreichen und der Hafen ist ja nur paar Meter entfernt. Frühstück war uns persönlich für 25 Euro pro Person zu teuer, am Hafen gibt es genug Bäcker usw wo man günstiger Frühstücken kann. Alles in allem aber ein top Hotel.

Bra hotell i hamnen

Servicen är jättebra. Jag reste med cykel som gick att låsa in säkert i skåp precis vid ingången. Rummen hade A/C och var väldigt rena och fina. Frukosten var okej och hade det jag önskade av en frukost. Restaurangen kan vara mer spännande för priset - men maten var vällagad och fräsch. Det var lätt att hitta och välskötta allmänna ytor. Ligger precis intill gamla fiskehamnen och mycket bra restauranger precis där.

Skønt, hundevenligt hotel

Meget sødt og venligt personale. Gode til engelsk. Et rigtig hundevenligt hotel (det bedste vi har oplevet), med en lille hundestation ved indgangen, med snacks, legetøj, hundefoder, transportvogn - alt man har brug for. På værelset var der kurv og skåle. Så fint. Derudover rigtig flot og moderne hotel med god parkering, og i gå afstand til centrum.

Dyrt i vacker stad

Väldigt dyrt (270 eur) för ett normalt hotell för 2 vuxna och 2 barn. Läget nere i hamnen är bra och relativt nära den otroligt vackra staden.
