"Red flags from the get go. Host did not respond to messages prior to check in until I finally called her at which time she said something rude and hung up on me. I called back and explained who i was and then she was polite. 30 mins prior to check in we got a message that check in would be delayed from 330p to 5pm due to a broken pipe. "We had a wonderful stay at Grandma’s with our two little boys and dog. It was clean, cozy and a perfect location for our weekend ice fishing trip! We enjoyed walking the rail trail, watching ducks by the dock, passing snowmobiles, and playing puzzles/games. Highly recommend for a family getaway. We would definitely stay again."

"Stayed a couple of nights in order to enjoy the Wolfeboro Christmas parade and tree lighting as well as the Nutcracker at Kingswood Performing Arts Center. Apartment is cozy and within walking distance of downtown area for entertainment, shopping and restaurants. "

"Screen to front door was broken. Two bulbs above bathroom sink not working without replacement bulbs available. Bulb over ceiling light in bathroom not working. Shower curtain in bathroom stained from ? Mildew?? Kitchen oven dirty. Utensil holder in drawer dirty. Pictures available. I notified Maverick Management Co. who responded saying they would notify their team, however no one came to unit. This was the first AND last time I will use VRBO."
