A Spacious, Modern & Contemporary Loft Space

The Hayloft, Wickham Lofts is located in the pretty town of Wickham Market within the Deben Peninsula. An ideal base to explore as it sits conveniently in the heart of the Suffolk Coast with just a short drive to this glorious region's most popular beaches, seaside towns and villages.

The Hayloft is a contemporary and beautifully designed top floor loft-style space, ideal for couples looking for a romantic getaway. Newly renovated and furnished to the highest standard and fitted with top of the range mod-cons.

A huge bathroom/walk-in shower with a seating area, the luxurious king-size bed under hanging feature lights will certainly guarantee relaxation in style! End the day with alfresco drinks in a well-maintained cottage courtyard garden.

*Note: the kitchen has a hob, microwave, fridge, wine cooler, SMEG kettle/toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, small sink and storage cupboards. But no oven.

The property is 10-mins walk into the town centre with cafes, boutiques, a supermarket, Indian/Chinese restaurants and a fish and chip shop.

Also, with direct access to a picturesque river walk and for the adventurous the popular circular routes. A great way to exercise the dog before a day exploring Suffolk's highlights.

Local pubs are within walking distance (45min/1hr), The Greyhound in Petistree, The Dog in Campsey Ash and The White Horse in Easton.

Wickham Lofts is set in a private area with allocated car parking close to the main house. I (Debra) will be here but will leave you to come and go as you please.

You can either see me or not. I completely understand if you wish to have a relaxing stay in peace! But, I am around and always happy to help if required.

The Hayloft is in Debra's garden. Its in a perfect spot for visiting Suffolk. We atayed for a week and places we would recommend visiting include: Thorpeness, Aldeburgh, Framlingham Castle, Woodbridge, Southwold and our favourite Orford quay, to sit and watch the world go by...Thank you Debra, its been lovely and we'll be back

The accommodation was delightful and spacious and very comfortable. Great shower, good sized comfortable bed. Everything was great except we could not get the job to work every time. However we did enjoy our stay and there were more plus points about the property with attention to detail for everything else

Fabulous!

We really enjoyed our stay at The Hayloft. I thought that it might be too small for a four-night stay (2 adults and a dog) but it wasn't at all- it actually felt quite spacious and the bathroom was huge. The little dressing area was a nice addition and the kitchen area had everything we needed. The garden area was the perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening and had an abundance of beautiful flowers. Debra really has a designer's flair and added lots of lovely touches throughout. The only downside was that there wasn't a pub in the village but there were some a short drive away. All in all, a lovely stay. Thanks Debra! property had a lovely little garden area toenjoy

Room with a wow factor

The Hayloft is a lovely property. It is very stylishly appointed - an extremely comfortable bed, fab modern bathroom and a small kitchen area for preparing breakfast. It’s very well located for visiting the Suffolk coast. Wickham Market has a a decent sized supermarket for provisions, a really good fish and chip shop and the Bengal Indian Restaurant was one of the best we have eaten at. Debra was very easy to deal with, welcomed us on arrival and then left us to our own devices. We would definitely recommend a stay here.

Fabulous!

A fantastic and beautiful accommodation. Very well presented. Everything you needed. Debra greeted us on arrival, very welcoming and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. Cold bottle of water and jug of milk in the fridge was a thoughtful touch! The courtyard garden was so pretty with blooming flowers, enjoyed our morning coffee listening to the birds. Secure garden for our Springer spaniel, he loved it. Didn’t get to see Debra when leaving to say thank you for such a lovely stay. I would just say that it is missing some little lights around the garden, to sit and enjoy a drink of an evening as the only light was at the very top of the stairs was very dull, so had to be careful using the stairs in the dark. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommended. Thank you!

Perfect Hideaway

Wonderfully equipped and comfortable accommodation with lots of unexpected but very welcome touches included. Ample towels, clean bedding, basic but all essentials in the kitchenette. The garden was so pretty and has given us inspiration for ours at home. We hope to return….

Ideal property to stay

The Hayloft was a lovely modern barn conversion complete with all necessary facilities. Very well presented exterior with seating area and a clean modern interior. Lots of nice touches provided by host that you don't usually find. Set back from road so quiet and private. Debra greeted us on arrival and was welcoming and helpful. Would definitely stay thete again.

Beautiful accommodation - with high quality EVERYTHING! Absolutely gorgeous little garden too! So much care taken by the owner to make our stay relaxing and gorgeous. Spotlessly clean. Definitely 5 star rating. Pretty location too which was close to the coast and local beauty spots.
