Check-in was easy if you follow the information sent by the host. He is very responsive to communication and attentive to the check-in process. The apartment is spacious and clean. It is in a very good area with clear signage marked for roadways. It was perfect for visiting family the area as it is just off I95 and easy to get around from its location. I recommend this apartment for any group traveling to this area. We will stay again when we come back to visit. Thank you for the clean safe place to stay!

This house was very nice and clean. Everything was accessible and not hard to find. I thought it was going to be small and a little cramp as far as space wise, but it was actually very spacious. Pretty easy contact with the host. Any questions I had were answered in a timely manner. I would definitely book again!

Access to this property was NOT easy as stated in the advertisement. Instructions were NOT clear. There was a cumbersome obstacle course to even get to the unit. Communication with the host was terrible. I did not receive check in instructions before calling the host as VRBO encouraged. I was told by VRBO this was a third party host. We could NOT park our F-150 truck in the assigned “free parking” because the spot was too small in the parking garage. The host begged us to at least get the key (part of the obstacle course) and look at the property. We parked in an unauthorized place and got to the unit, immediately noticing greasy spots on the counter in the kitchen, and bird droppings all over the outside terrace. The toilets and beds were lower than standard height. In no way was this close to being ADA compliant for my 84-year old father’s use. We called host right back and stated again how anxiety and stress-riddled we were from trying to access this property - told them we could not spend our vacation here. We immediately left, back-tracked through the obstacle course to put the key back in a lock box on the fence. VRBO has been impossible to communicate with on our experience. We had to find a hotel to spend our vacation in, this was the worst experience we have ever had.
