"Been here many times. Great concept, location, property and management is fantastic -- for a no-staff operation. This last trip I encountered the obvious (but so far unexperienced) issue. No check-in, no on-property staff who could assess the socially offensive "weirdo -- right?" Well on 7/27 apparently, she was in Unit 301. I got to the property at 6:30 pm, and I went in to Unit 201, Shortly after, there was a knock at the door. A middle age white woman said she was in #301 and was really upset about the noise she says I was making last night. (Obviously, she had been laying in wait for someone to return to the #201 unit). She was accompanied by a young black gal -- who appeared to be staff. I explained I just got there and was not there the night before. The young gal had no knowledge and could not help. The woman continued to complain loudly about her "mother in the hospital," how she "needed to get some sleep," and continued to yell at me about the previous night. Go figure she was up at 2:30 am that night stomping on the wood floor and banging her luggage (I presume). I had a 7:am meeting, and just wrote it off as having to suffer just another crazy person encounter. As great as this property is -- there is no one qualified to deal with the "one bad apple!""

"I would request a room on a higher floor…traffic noise is intense at times (I was on the 6th flr). Bathroom sink and surrounding counter is useless for females. There is nowhere to put anything other than one hair dryer. Forget about makeup products. Light on sides of mirror over sink needs to be brighter or have different brightness settings. Remainder of room is nice, comfortable and the bed and pillows are excellent as are the blackout blinds. Lobby is very busy and Starbucks is great but be prepared for long lines and wait time."

"We had a wonderful stay! Our room was clean and comfortable, and every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. The food and service at both the restaurant and the bistro were excellent. The location was perfect—within walking distance of the Space Needle, the waterfront, and many other attractions. We would definitely stay here again!"
