"The hotel was clean and the rooms were clean and spacious. We had a great view of the city. The staff were friendly. We will definitely stay here again."

"No Bellman, no luggage storage,no early Check in had to wait 4 hours with my luggage in the lobby filled with other people waiting to check in. Once off elevator very Dark Hallways and near impossible to roll Luggage across carpet in hallways, once In the room was shocked to my core, by The tiny room, with the tiny sink , Tiny shower and toilet combo inside the room and no room for 2 people to sit down or move in the room, Difficult to open suitcase in the tiny space, The only way you could Watch TV was laying in bed.small size was Smallest room, in all my years of travel world wide, I rented based on Expedia Review rating of Wonderful and 9.3 rating I can’t rely on your ratings. I do not recommend this place and would never go Back there, This is the HOTEL FROM HELL"

"Very near to Climate Pledge. Stayed many times. All in all this stay was a bit disappointing considering the price we paid plus parking. Room with a queen bed on the small side, facing buildings but bay in background. This was $340.+ for one night. Staff was accommodating. However when we returned from the event at Climate Pledge we found our hotel room door open. Gave us a real scare. Amazingly not a thing was missing. We shut the door and it proceeded to reopen on its own. Stayed shut with deadbolt. Management didn’t offer any explanation. The door, by Washington State safety standards has to be self closing. Concerning."
