It was okay

Hotel is ok. We stayed here a few years ago and enjoyed our stay, however this time was not as great. Our first room smelt funny and had evidence of water leaking from the ceiling, peeling wallpaper. I did request a room change and the woman at the front was helpful. Our second room was better, but it’s clear the rooms are due for a refresher. One of the chairs had very obvious patchwork done, and the beds were very stiff. Breakfast staff was very friendly, and the continental breakfast was decent.

My husband and I have been traveling to Worcester for shows at The Palladium for 15+ years and we always stay here. Always a pleasant experience.

Loved the location. Room was clean but walls and toilet and bathroom need updating and not just fixing cracks here and there. Breakfast was excellent. Staff was superb.

Quite economical, but certainly a no frills hotel. Convenient for anyone needing easy access to downtown Worcester, especially St. Vincent's Hospital. However dining for lunch/dinner is limited unless one has a car.

We had a very nice two day stay. Everything was clean, breakfast was adequate. Would have liked to have cut fresh fruit instead of the not so fresh whole fruit offered. Overall a good experience.

Easy to get to by car and free parking. Short walk to DC center and Starbucks next door. The room was clean, the toliet was very low so bend your kness 😅. Free coffee by the frontdesk and okey breakfast.

This was a basic hotel, and had the usual hot hotel breakfast. It was OK for a 1 night quick stay. They were very busy, so staff members were overwhelmed.

Very Nice Experience

I thought the hotel was very nice. Very clean parking was very accessible we were traveling with an SUV loaded with items for my daughters move to college and we were able to get a spot right out front. The breakfast was very nice as well and the woman running it was an extremely hard worker and should be recognized for her efforts. All in all a very comfortable and relaxing stay.
