"Be aware that there is on street parking that requires a permit from the city of Wilmington. Red Awni ng worked with me to resolve the issue but it took some time and a few texts to make it work.The on street parking placed me a block and half from the propery. No cost but need proof of renting the space. The GPS sent you down a one way street that does not bring by the front of the property. This was a problem finding the property after dark. No climate control of the rental unit. The bed was...

"We had a really nice stay at this hotel. The highlight was the beautiful riverfront right behind the property — a peaceful walk surrounded by flowers and greenery that made the whole area feel so relaxing. There were also a few restaurants within walking distance, which made it super convenient. The combination of comfort at the hotel and the lovely surroundings made it a great experience. The staff was also very attentive and super friendly! We’d definitely stay here again!"
"The stay was perfect for a quick trip 2-night stay in and out. When we needed towels we texted them and housekeeping was there in 5 minutes. When I needed a Togo plate because our Uber was coming quicker than we thought - a staff member went out of his way to find one (he didn’t have to do that but did). Thank you for great customer service and we will be back!"

"My room was so quiet it was like I was the only one on the floor. Felt very safe. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
My only issue was the construction in the area made it confusing to get in the parking garage. Don’t trust your GPS for that part. "
