"Perfect place to stay , flexible staff"

"Stayed here on consecutive weeks. Last week I called the front desk to request water. Those water bottles were never delivered. I ended walking to the ADNOC next door and buying water. Last night called and requested water, an hour or so later I had to call and remind them. I like the hotel but these are pretty simple tasks"

"Need to update the breakfast, while building needs renovation, but in general recommended specialty food in downtown location"

"The hotel is a little dated but well maintained and rooms are clean. The location is a little out of the way but everything is accessible by Taxi (cheap)."

"The location of the hotel / apartment is great. Most of the staff was really friendly. Air con great and a lot of shops close by. The problem I had with this hotel is I had to request a kettle and kitchen cutlery, I would assume a kettle would be already be in the room. A member of staff accused me of damaging the curtains which was not great (they were not damaged just stuck) "
