This smart modern townhouse makes a fantastic family- and pet-friendly holiday home on the Sussex coast.

Downstairs you'll find a fully-equipped kitchen and an open-plan living space, where guests can relax and dine in comfort. The patio garden features a barbecue and seating.

Upstairs the master bedroom has its own en-suite shower room, while one bedroom is equipped with bunks and pull-out trundle for up to three children (or adults). There's a further single bedroom, ideal for an accompanying adult.

The house is located in a quiet residential street, 150 yards from the beach, where low tide reveals an expanse of shingle, sand and rock pools to explore. The centre of Worthing is a half-hour stroll along the promenade, while a short walk in the opposite direction brings you to Sea Lane Café, serving delicious cakes, and the Goring Greensward, where dogs will love to let off steam.

Shops, pubs and restaurants can all be found half-a-mile away on Goring Road parade.

You can leave one vehicle outside the house, parked on the driveway. Further free parking is a minute's walk away, off the seafront on Bernard Road.
Either two dogs under 10 kg or one dog under 25 kg permitted downstairs. There is a gate at the bottom of the stairs to facilitate this.
This is a residential neighbourhood. You must not make a noise in the garden or street between 9 pm and 7 am.
