This property is amazing! The rooms were huge!!! The hotel was incredibly clean. It is perfectly placed for the mall and the old town area. Close to UNESCO heritage sites and other historic locations in Wrocław.

Large cosy room

Room was very comfortable and a good size. Bathroom was very nice with good toiletries. Breakfast was nice with a good selection. The pool was very small and jacuzzi was tiny so that was a little bit disappointing.

We stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Wrocław for two nights during our family trip to Europe, and it was one of the most comfortable and memorable hotels of our journey. The room was spacious, clean, and very well maintained. The bed and bedding were extremely comfortable, allowing all of us to rest well after long days of travel. Housekeeping was excellent, and everything felt fresh and thoughtfully prepared. The staff truly made our stay special. From check-in to check-out, everyone was warm, polite, and helpful. They were always ready to assist us with a smile, which made us feel very welcome. One of the biggest highlights was the breakfast. In addition to a wide variety of Western dishes, there were also Korean-style options such as rice and kimchi. Being able to enjoy familiar food while traveling in Europe was a wonderful surprise and made our mornings even better, especially for our family. The hotel offers a perfect balance of comfort, cleanliness, and heartfelt service. If we return to Wrocław, this will definitely be our first choice again. Highly recommended.

I would highly recommend this hotel, it's slightly away from the busy old town but only a short walk away. Beautiful lounge and breakfast/dining area, with a vast food selection and plenty of options for vegetarians and vegans. Separate shampoo and conditioner available in the room, although no toiletries with earbuds or cotton pads etc.

Very comfortable stay

Beautifully designed and comfortable room. It was spacious and ergonomically designed room. I loved the built in large luggage table (well covers a large check-in suitcase fully opened) and the built in bench along the whole window to sit on and to put items on. Crabtree & Evelyn products in the bathroom. The bath tub was nice and deep. Our room was by the elevator but didn't notice any noise from the corridor. There was a water dispenser to refill water bottles by the elevator landing area. We felt very relaxed staying here. It was a lovely stay. Would be happy to stay here again.

It is an extreme modern hotel, certainly not cosy. everything is supermodern, it is cold inside (also the temperature). Staff is trained, but not in the right way, with everything you get a big story with options, and when you ask something little different than their standard it is not possible. We had junior suite, and acces to executives lounge, but no staff present. To get from the parking garage to the hotel is a nightmare. No signs, many doors, and not suitable for suitcases. For the money (pretty expensive) there are much beteer places to stay.
