The location was good. Although the hotel later apologized, the bed sheets weren’t clean-hair in between the sheets and stains on the actual mattress (that weren’t even covered by the sheets). Unfortunately a towel also had blood stains on it... I was disappointed when first arriving because security officer was the first interaction before the actual hotel staff and there was a huge time-consuming, communication barrier. Even though the Hotel listed it was English-speaking. The unit was spacious and well lit.

Das Apartment war sehr gepflegt. Es gibt alles eine Kaffeemaschine, Teekocher, Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine. Leider war es für mich auf der Straßenseite nicht möglich genügend Schlaf zu bekommen, da die Fenster den Lärm nicht gewachsen waren. Wer schlafen muss da er berufliche Unterwegs ist ist hier leider am falschen Ort.

I was very disappointed. I booked an apartment for 3 adults to have arrived and found out that it is a small room with one double bed. Not sure how could this be sold for 3 adults? We received zero help at the reception and ended up booking another room. What a scam.

Excellent stay, excellent apartment close to town

Booking was easy, but something happened with party number 2 not 3 people. Reception rectified this swiftly and provided extra towels, bed linen. Apartment was new, clean any airy with good equipment and facilities. Nespresso was nice touch but only 2 capsules, 2 teabags, 1 dishwasher tablet. 2 per day would be useful without having to ask.

Dos días visitando Wroclaw

Apartamento nuevo diseñado con mucho gusto. Habitación grande con cama muy cómoda y todo lo necesario para pasar unos buenos días en la ciudad. Restaurantes buenos en los locales de la planta baja y un centro comercial justo enfrente. El casco histórico y la isla de la catedral están a un paseo a pie desde el apartamento.

Totale Katastrophe! Auf den ersten Blick ein modernes Gebäude, mit modern eingerichteten Apartments. Die Einrichtung ist aber sehr spartanisch, die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig, der Abzug in der Toilette hat nicht funktioniert, die Toilette ist nur durch eine Schiebetür vom restlichen Apartment getrennt. Das unangenehmste aber war, dass die Wände wie aus Papier sind. So etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt! Man konnte wirklich jedes Wort der Nachbarn verstehen und war auch beim Beischlaf der Nachbarn live dabei, als ob er im eigenem Zimmer abläuft.
