Nice hotel close to the train station and centre. Good atmosphere and lovely breakfast with lots to choose from. Rooms are very clean. Would definitely recommend.

Very good hotel in convenient location

A very good hotel in convenient location. Just a few minutes from where the number 106 airport bus drops you at the end of the line, and very close to the train station.15 minutes walk to the old town. Very good breakfast. Nice lounge and bar area, pity it closes at 20.00. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Great location, walkable to old town but public transportation is accessible very nearby. Train and bus station is a 5 minute walk along with a shopping mall. A bonus is Luca in the same building great for early morning or late night snacks...

Decent all around

Basic but fully functional; decent size of the room, comfortable bed and clean bathroom. No coffee sachets, and only 2 tea ones; although more can be sourced from the reception. Good location for the main train station.

What a great hotel! It was a reasonably short walk from & to rail station. Reception Center - Oliwia arranged for us to get our breakfast early because the train for Poznan was leaving at 7:33 am on our day of the departure. Our 2 single beds were very comfortable to sleep. That water cooking pot was nice for cup of tea. The bathroom was exceptional easy to use shower with plenty of towels. My granddaughter & me both enjoyed staying there.

Common areas were spotless. Our room stank of cigarette smoke - we are non-smokers. Room wasn’t refreshed during our 3 night stay. Breakfast was disappointing and would not choose this option again. Reception staff were very helpful.

Miserable staff look like their doing community service rather than working. Male in reception was welcoming and friendly but lady in cafe knew how to charge for coffee but didn't know how to make it, I received a glass of hot milk with a touch of coffee colouring. When challenged I was told I would have to pay for an extra shot when I was charged 19 zloty for milk that should've been coffee. Lady on reception departure day couldn't crack a smile never mind a joke, she had zero people skills and looked an uncontent, miserable individual that should not be in hospitality. 2 single duvets on a double bed and curtains that covered 3/4's the width of the windows, air con was purely an artefact for show. Hospitality is just a word here. The place has history and character but most of the staff I had the joy of interacting with have no pride or happiness in working here.

Lovely stay buy no AC

The AC wasn’t working in the rooms. I asked to be changed immediately upon checkin. When I got to the new room, there was air coming out of the AC dust but it wasn’t cold. That night, it was warm and impossible for me to sleep. I was sweating. Called reception and the gentleman was very nice who offered to change my room immediately or the next morning. I decided to do so the next morning. The next morning, I asked to be changed and the lady at reception told me the whole hotel AC wasn’t working and they will fixed it within an hour. I later asked for a refund of my stay if the AC isn’t working. Spoke to Alina. She spoke to her Manager who offered to change to another room. But not until they’ve checked to make sure the AC is working. Alina moved me to a lower floor room which had been refurbished. Lovely bathroom and it was a huge bonus. It was cooler but the AC only pumped out cool air (not cold) but I was happy with it as the nights were cool. In addition, Alina listened to me and my suggestions. She took them all on board and presented it to her Manager, who agreed to compensate me by providing free breakfast for the rest of my stay. Overall, it was a nice stay as the hotel is very central and of course the Service Recovery initiated by Alina made the difference.
