Excellent breakfast! However, what impressed me most was the management of the hotel. My sisters and I stayed at the hotel in three rooms. We initially stayed there for one night on The way to a wedding venue. My room was noisy and the safe was broken. I brought this to the attention of the hotel management. After the wedding we were coming back to the hotel for four nights. I therefore requested that we would be placed in rooms on the top floor, and I agreed to pay the difference in price. When we came back, we got excellent rooms overlooking the garden AT NO EXTRA PRICE. I really appreciated this gesture. This hotel is excellent for families. We enjoyed the garden and since we were so well treated, we will definitely stay here next time we are in Wroclaw.

The attitude of the woman at the reception desk was extremely poor, and I was very disappointed. I will never stay at this hotel again, and I would not recommend it to anyone. I have stayed in many hotels around the world, but this was the first time I have experienced such poor service. I don't think she was properly trained.

A very tired and depressed building in an inconvenient location. Rooms inside are well done up but the hotel feels terribly dated with a very basic mock-up. We found the staff to be fairly cold, too. We have stayed in the other Wrocław Novotel and found that one to be super. This one felt cold and lonely - unwelcoming. Sadly we won’t return!

Hotel Bom. Porém com algumas manutenções para fazer. Tive dois problemas. O primeiro foi que tive que trocar de quarto, pois o quarto estava alagando durante o banho (vazamento). O segundo foi no check in. A propriedade me cobrou o pagamento que eu já havia feito para o hoteis.com. Tive que pedir o auxílio do hoteis.com para resolver o problema de cobrança duplicada. A atendente da recepção estava muito nervosa e bufando. Ela não foi gentil e ficou bufando o tempo todo. Péssimo atendimento na recepção. A equipe do restaurante trabalha e atende muito bem. O problema foi só na recepção com a atendente da noite (6 p.m.).

Hotel z bardzo sympatycznym i pomocnym personelem - bez problemu zamieniono nam pokój. Pokój czysty, bardzo dobrze wyciszony (trzyszybowe okna). Wyposażenie pokoju (w tym czajnik, herbata, kawa) wystarczające na krótki pobyt (na plus odrębne wc). W hotelu dostępna restauracja i bar (tu nie oceniam). Wyjątkowo urozmaicone śniadania - duży wybór produktów niezłej jakości. Dwa szybkie ekspresy do kawy eliminują kolejki po napoje. Standard wyższy niż wynikałoby to z trzech gwiazdek.
