"The host was wonderful and really helped us out when we came early in the middle of the night because the ferry company cancelled a ferry and put us on an earlier one. Very easy to communicate with the host. Wonderful house with a lovely atmosphere. The “neighbor” with the sheep’s was also so kind."

"Great staff throughout the hotel, the food was decent with a good choice. The room was clean and the bed comfy, the room would benefit from a coffee machine. The bike facilites are basic but ok."

"Excellent Villa with all we needed.We spoke with Margalida, on of the hosts when we arrived and when we left, and sometime via WhatsApp to help with our questions. She was great :)We hired a car as it's quite remote on an access road off what in the UK would be a country lane. There is covered parking for 2 cars.We all really enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return at a later time."

"Beautiful villa which has been very tastefully decorated. It is situated in a lovely quiet location. Lots of space for a big family holiday. Claudia was very friendly and responsive. Thank you!"

"Fantastic outside space and very peacefull but the rest is not great value for money compared to our previous experiences at weekly rentals on the Island. The first impression was a poor one with a dirty pool and the house has a musty odour that did improve as the week went on having left the doors open most days. Good indoor space overall with 4 good sized bedrooms with en suites. The owner did resolve a few issues for us after day 1, however all could have been avoided with a bit more care and attention before new guests arrive. Issues included missing baby bed, TV that did not work and needed to be replaced, known issue with iron not replaced and listed items on the inventory not available or usable.In summary, if you are looking for a quiet break then this is your place. If however you are looking for quality finish and feel, this is not the place for you."

"Property was very clean, address for property given is not correct for sat navs, it takes you 10 mins away, was hard to find but managed in the end via google. Kitchen needs better glasses & sharper knives. Huge mosquito problem, nothing there to help with that. Tried contacting the host several times before via 3 phone numbers provided, email, chat and received no reply ever, this was fuatraiting on the run up to the holiday not knowing if its booked or not. Had to contact through vrbo in the end. Very uncomfortable beds. "

"Our second year here - and just as wonderful! The villa is ideally located between Pollença and Alcúdia meaning you don’t travel far to beautiful beaches, ports and surrounding activities to keep little ones busy. It is also very tranquil with huge amounts of space inside and out. Everything is clean and functional and we feel right at home here! Oliver and Claire are fab hosts, helping out as necessary. I couldn't recommend this villa more for families. Thank you and see you next year! "

"We enjoyed staying at the villa and Ramon was very helpful. The kitchen was a little tired but the photos did represent how the kitchen was so that was not a surprise. The outdoor space was wonderful - great pool and lots of shaded areas. The parasols were not so good and could do with being updated but other than that we were very happy. "
