Hotel Xcaret Mexico - All Parks / All Fun Inclusive
Check in was the worst part almost 2 hrs & maybe 4 couples in front of us. No refreshments at check in. Other than that it was amazing!!!!! Would definitely go again. If I can be notified of deals I would make it my next destination!

We had a wonderful room with good access to a quiet pool. Our shuttle was easy to book both ways. We weren’t wowed by the food but breakfast at the Riocon was always great.

Playa Palms Beach Hotel
This is a lovely smaller place in a great location- staff are lovely and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Very friendly helpful staff and good small beach with lovely views

Our first room had plenty of problems, the shower didn’t provide the option for the rainfall only the hand held, the temperature in the shower kept fluctuating from hot to cold, the safe was defective, the sliding door leading to the balcony wasn’t opening and closing properly.
