Perfectly Small House

  • Small studio house, 560 sq ft, with all the comforts of home. Updated and smart home technology. Great for individual or couple. Many things to do in close proximity to home. Hop on the 300 miles of bike trail where an entrance is only a mile away. Then come home to grill and relax in your private hot tub. Take in all the sites and activities Xenia, Yellow Springs and Dayton has to offer. All close. Street parking across from house. Fenced in backyard for fido. We accept any size dog/dogs as long as you are a responsible owner.

This place was amazing! Such a cute little home and the hosts were so responsive and helpful. They left us snacks, drinks, and even a coffee gift card for a great little coffee shop in town (that was so good)! Highly highly highly recommend, definitely will stay here again!!
