"Amazing cottage with stunning views across the Menai straits even on a wet day😊
Warm and cosy accommodation with everything you could need, the raised decking was an added bonus especially when the sun was shining, this hadn’t been mentioned in any photos or description. Would highly recommend a stay here.
There are plenty of things to do nearby and lots of restaurants and pubs.

"I stayed here with my family and we were fairly shocked regarding the service we received throughout our stay.
First of all, I counted 18 hairs in the bathtub when checking into our room, the bathroom clearly hadn’t been touched.
My family and I had booked 4 rooms at the hotel. We all noticed that none of our rooms had been ‘restocked’ when they had been cleaned. For example, no cups or amenities around the kettle biscuits, tea/ coffee, sugar etc were replaced. The bin also hadn’t been...
"What a fantastic place! It is in a fairy tale setting and the grounds and town are beautiful! Regan is very knowledgeable about the area and gives great recommendations for places to visit and hike. The food is exceptional and the staff warm and friendly. This was our favorite spot on our 2 week long trip. Highly recommended! "

I personally felt that the bed was small for two people, but the room was maintained well with cleanliness to good standard. Lovely staff who were quite helpful with our tour plans. "Everything was perfect, except on the last day Sunday 27th july. Service at breakfast was very poor. 5 staff stood talking at reception desk at breakfast and had eaten breakfast before we ask 3 staff for coffee or tea. We waited 20 minutes before we got tea & coffee. Otherwise everything was perfect. "
"Great hotel in a lovely location. The hotel staff are polite, courteous and friendly. Rooms are comfy but you need an upgrade for a view. Breakfast was excellent and a warm welcome from the staff. Parking is a bit limited and with narrow bays door knocks may be an issue but overall this is a great place to spend a break in Llandudno.

"I have visited the quay on a number of occasions and it just gets better. The location is superb looking over the estuary, the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. I would truly recommend the Quay hotel to anyone and lm sure they would not be disappointed. Shaun the manager runs a tight ship which certainly makes your stay enjoyable in all all departments.
