"Pros: We really liked the hotel interior design and artwork. The hot baths and area were excellent. Room was clean and spacious and facilities were comfortable. Cons: Although room was clean, the sofa cover itself was quite stained. The staff were polite, except the young male receptionist (not a Japanese), who was unwelcoming and helped only grudgingly almost to the point of rudeness."

"Literally everything was great. Shower was powerful, everything worked well and as expected. Included breakfast was outstanding. The thing that stuck out the most? QUITE"
